Yes, you can upgrade your account.
From Discover level to Learn level.
From Learn level to Start level: In this case, there is a payment pro-rata. but not length pro-rata, this means if you paid for Learn level and want to upgrade to Start level, the payment already done in Learn level will be taken into consideration (calculated automatically).
Example:
Let say you paid 3 months of Learn level, then you decide to upgrade to Start level.
Payment: Start level price minus Learn level price.
Length (time): Start level time (1 year) – Learn level time already used.
Downgrade:
As we only have 2 paid levels and one consist of a web pack (domain name, web hosting etc), downgrade from Start level to Learn level is not possible, as you will lose your web pack for the same price as Learn level (not logical).
